Don’t worry—each session is recorded and available to view for one week, along with refresher materials so you can catch up anytime. That said, joining live is always the best way to get the most out of the course—you’ll be able to ask questions, get feedback, and be part of the group as we learn together.

Yes! Even if your pup has a head start, this course is about more than just learning the basics—it’s about strengthening reliability, working around real-life distractions, and practising in a supportive group. We’ll also adapt exercises to your pup’s level, so you won’t be repeating things you already know.
Before the course begins, we’ll give you a quick call to chat about what you’d like to get out of it. This helps us tailor the content to best support both you and the goals of the class.

Classes are usually held on weekend mornings around 10–11am, as this is when pups are most alert and ready to learn. If you’re looking for a different day or time, just drop us an email—we may already have another group running, or we can connect you with likeminded owners to set up a new class.

Absolutely! Anyone involved in caring for your pup is encouraged to attend—it’s really helpful when everyone is on the same page with training. Children are also welcome as we believe they’re the dog trainers of tomorrow, and it’s a great way for them to learn safe and positive ways to interact with dogs.

Yes! Every class is hosted live by Charlotte, a qualified dog trainer with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT). Sessions combine live teaching with pre-recorded demonstrations, so you can clearly see each step before practising with your pup.
